Intelligent Document Processing Without Adding Headcount

Invoices, claims, purchase orders, contracts. Automated extraction, classification and validation, built for the messy ones: scans, mixed formats, handwriting, exceptions.

AI-driven automation

The Right Engine For Every Document Type

Invoices, contracts, handwritten forms and scanned batches each extract differently. We pick the OCR and extraction engine per document type, based on your volume, budget and existing systems, then validate accuracy on your real files before anything goes live.

Vendor Neutral

We're Not Tied to One OCR or Extraction Platform

Invoices need different handling than contracts. Handwritten forms need different handling than clean PDFs. We pick the engine per document type based on your volume, budget, and existing IT environment, not on what we happen to resell.

Document Automation

If It's Messy, We've Processed It

Invoices, financial statements, custom business forms, mixed batches, unstructured files. Scans, photos, handwriting, and the ones that don't fit a template. We pick the approach per document type rather than forcing everything through one engine.

Your Documents Never Leave a Controlled Environment

Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, defined retention periods, and audited security practices. Verified under ISO 27001:2022 and an AICPA SOC audit not self-attested.

What Happens When The AI Gets It Wrong

Every extraction carries a confidence score. Anything below your threshold routes to a human before it touches your systems. Corrections feed back into the model, so the same document type gets better each month.

How it works

From First Call To Live In Weeks, Not Quarters

  1. 01
    01

We Map What You're Processing Now

How many documents, how long each takes, what it costs you, and where things stall. You get the map whether or not you work with us.

  2. 02
    02

We Tell You What's Not Worth It

Some document types cost more to automate than they save: low volume, too many exceptions, a process that's changing anyway. We run the numbers per workflow and tell you which ones to leave alone. You get that assessment whether or not you hire us.

    03

    Your Team Stops Keying Data

Extraction, classification, and validation run automatically on the routine volume. Your people handle the exceptions and edge cases, the work that actually needs judgment.

We Prove It On Your Real Documents First

We tune the models on your live files, integrate the output into your existing systems, and validate accuracy on real volumes before anything moves into production.

Into the system your team already works in. If it has an API (ERP, accounting platform, CRM, claims system), we integrate directly. If it doesn't, we deliver a scheduled export in whatever format it accepts: CSV, XML, JSON, flat file. Salesforce integration work is already core to what we do. Either way the approach gets scoped during the assessment, before anything is built, so if your system is going to be the difficult part you hear it in week one.

We have a US office in New Hyde Park, NY, with our delivery team based in Bengaluru, India. We hold ISO 27001:2022 certification and an AICPA SOC report. Assessment calls and ongoing reviews run in US business hours.

Quality affects accuracy, and it affects it differently by document type. Handwriting and photographed documents need either a different engine or a lower automation threshold with more human review. We test against a sample of your actual documents during the assessment rather than assuming. If the quality won't support automation economically, that's what the assessment will say.

For a standard document type (invoices, POs, forms with mature pretrained models), first documents typically process in 4 to 6 weeks from signing, with the bulk of that being integration and tuning rather than setup. If your documents need a custom-trained model, add 2 to 4 weeks for sample collection and training. What usually determines the difference isn't our side of the work; it's how quickly we get access to your systems and a representative sample of your documents. The assessment gives you a specific timeline before you commit, not a range.

Not necessarily. The fully loaded cost of a data-entry employee can include salary, benefits, overhead, training, management time, and ramp-up costs. AI-powered document processing can handle repetitive workloads without the ongoing costs associated with recruiting, training, turnover, and managing additional employees. The right choice depends on your document volume, complexity, and current processing costs. A custom document automation solution can be evaluated against your existing headcount and workload to determine the potential ROI.

Start with routine, high-volume tasks. Employees can initially focus on reviewing exceptions and validating AI outputs. As confidence in the system grows, human review can decrease for consistently accurate document types. This creates a gradual transition from manual processing to straight-through processing, where high-confidence documents move through approved workflows automatically while exceptions receive human attention.
